1st trimester - Nov. 1. Issue covers Nov and December of the current year, as well as Jan and Feb of the coming year.

2nd trimester - Mar. 1. Issue covers Mar, April, May, June of the current year.

3rd trimester - July 1. Issue covers July, Aug. Sept, Oct. of the current year.

Submissions are open year round.
